Qatar says two missiles were launched. One was intercepted; the other struck the base, triggering an explosion but no casualties.
Earlier, Qatari F-15s reportedly shot down two Iranian Su-24 bombers heading toward the base. They said the bombers were just “2 minutes away” before they were shot down.
