A leaked 28-point Russia–Ukraine peace proposal, backed by the Trump administration, outlines the most detailed framework yet for a potential ceasefire, and everyone’s got big reactions..
The document was drafted by envoy Steve Witkoff with advice from Sec. of State Marco Rubio and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.

$100 billion in frozen Russian assets will fund the U.S.-led efforts for Ukraine’s rebuild; U.S. would get 50% of the profits.
Europe adds another $100B to the reconstruction and unfreezes their Russian assets.
Remainder of the frozen funds would be placed in a joint U.S.-Russia investment vehicle.
Russia, Ukraine, and Europe would sign a Non-Aggression Pact
