A 7.1-magnitude earthquake rocked southern Japan’s Kumamoto Prefecture, triggering a tsunami advisory, widespread power outages and a wave of aftershocks.

President Trump delivered the eulogy, calling Graham a “giant of the United States Senate” and praising his influence on foreign policy, the Kavanaugh confirmation and Trump himself.
VP Vance and Sen. John Thune were among those who delivered a eulogy at Capitol Hill, while Fox News anchor Sean Hannity joined Trump in delivering his eulogy at the Cathedral.

A 16-year-old Santa Cruz lifeguard risked his own life to save a young boy swept out by powerful waves at Seabright Beach, California.
